Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate in the Centre for Molecular Cell Biology. The Centre, headed by Prof J Justin Hsuan, is situated in modern and exceptionally well equipped laboratories at UCL's Royal Free Campus.
The post-holder will support a BBSRC funded project investigating the role of phosphoinositides in endosomal traffic. Applicants will hold a PhD in a relevant subject area and will ideally have experience in lipid and protein biochemistry, cell culture and fluorescence microscopy.
There is funding available to support the post from October 2009 for a period of 36 months. The post will be offered on UCL Grade 7, with a starting salary of £28,839 per annum, plus London Allowance of £2,781 per annum.
